The future of public transport: Investing in a frontline service for frontline workers

C40 cities is campaigning for public transport, specially since it has become under threat because the number of users has dramatically dropped due to the pandemic. Their recent publication referenced the situation of domestic workers in Latin American cities and cited our work, arguing that investing in quality public transport will benefit one in every four female wage workers in the region.
